Strange laws in Canada
I found some strange laws in Canada created decades if not centuries ago which are still in the books although some are no longer enforced. These 'strange' laws made sense in the past but today are hilarious. Make sure not to drag a dead horse down Yonge Street on a Sunday if you live in Toronto!

Here are some extracts of the most funny or weird ones:
- 30% of a radio station's content must be 'Canadian Content'.
- You may not pay for a fifty-cent item with only pennies.
- Citizens may not publicly remove bandages.
- It is illegal to kill a sick person by frightening them.
- It is illegal to pretend to practice witchcraft. (I like this one!)
- In Alberta, businesses must provide rails for tying up horses.
- If you are released from prison, it is required that you are given a handgun with bullets and a horse, so you can ride out of town.
- In Guelph, the city is classified as a no-pee zone.
- In Oshawa, it's illegal to climb trees.
- In Uxbridge, Residents are not allowed to have an Internet connection faster than 56k.
- In Wawa, it is illegal to show public affection on Sunday.
